This client wanted a property listing for an estate agency in south-east London. We worked with Kathy Strickland, of Raptor Services, to develop a listing that has all of the essential features for an estate agent. It lists properties for sale and to let, and could also list other types of property, eg commercial. It highlights 'sold'  or 'subject to contract '  properties, and key features of the property, such as number of bedrooms and parking spaces.

We also worked with the client to develop content pages that reflect the estate agency business in the UK. The search bar just below the top banner, not only lists where the agency sells property, but when clicked on, takes the user to a quick listing of the properties in each location. And we branded the template using colours and a layout that reflect the agency's existing print brochures, so that prospective buyers get the same look and feel in print and on the web.
